Green Gates continues to work towards achieving the Leading Parent Partnership Award.  In March 2018, an external assessor visited our provision and confirmed that we had achieved this award.  This was then reviewed in June 2021. The purpose of this award is to help focus the schools work with parents and families. Home is the greatest influence on a child’s educational performance and at Green Gates  we want to do everything we possibly can to help parents, carers and families support their children.

Highlights from the report include:

• Working with parents is a core principle of the school. The staff have worked hard to gain the trust of the parents.
• The staff are very approachable. Parents are confident to ask questions and share concerns.
• The directors are fully committed to developing parental partnership. They play a very active role in the strategic development of the school, where parental engagement is a high priority.
• Parents are very proud of the school and were very appreciative of the staff.
